Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — throwing garbage behind the house

I want to complaint about my neighbour (Himanshu sharma) who live on 1st floor are throwing garbage behind our house since last 7-8 years. The situation behind our house has become worse and foul smell comes all the time. The neighbours deny to throw garbage in garbage truck and are polluting the environment. This practice of garbage throwing in open should be stopped.
So, please we kindly request you to look into the matter.
