Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — water leaking and accumulating in front of house

Water is leaking from more than 20 days but no one has fixed the issue till date. Accumulated water is causing inconvenience, smell, mosquitos, road damage and safety concern in the season.

Pls refer the photo attached and get the same resolved at the earliest as it is causing a lot of problem and can also lead to accident to the vehicle or kids as the road has also got narrowed down because of piling of water on the road.
