Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Water lock NH58 BYPASS near Hindon river metro

Hi, we face issues while little rain happens and water gets locked in few patches. Just before the Hindon River metro coming from NH58 Bypass, water heavily locks and deep our vehicle and movement sticks. It's highly unsafe. The reason seen is no provision for water drain as boundary wall is RCC without any hole, so collect water like a pocket. Please repair/correct.
Similarly underpass of Hindon river metro station, Pond is formed in little rain.
Trying to responsible citizen and expecting the same for the earliest resolution.
