Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Water logging problems

I am a resident of H.No. 552 FF, Sector-1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP. We are facing water logging issues in the area after every spell of rain, sever overflows and its really hard to come out of house as area got flooded even if it rains for an hour or so. Can this be looked upon please.
