Sub- The hostel fee in gachibowli area
I am staying Hostel since 2014 while pursuing my degree.
I didn't even thought to complaint earlier,
Currently am staying in PG gachibowli area. In this area Hostel owners are increasing rent in every 2 to 3 months around 500 without proper reason.
Someone unanimously increased, other people also following the same without proper maintenance, food quality and all,
My request is to take the action why they are increasing rent rapidly, IN other area's they will increase an yearly base but here almost they all are relatives almost maintaining 2 r 3 PG's and keep on increasing the hostel rent .
There is no proper unity here compare to kphp nd other area's.
If we ask the reason they directly says vacate the hostel because of the demand in this area.
That's why they are behaving like that.

This is to inform you the extortion of the SRIDEVI hostel owner. Who owns two girls hostels in kukatpally near jntu Hyderabad. The drinking water provided is fixed with an aquaguard, which just sucks water from a drum but doesn't purify, and we recently learnt that there are some taily warms in the drum.ge such an irresponsible that even after we complained about that he deliberately took 24 hrs to get the drum and water cleance we had to buy water bottles for our needs. Such a sting person. We regularly find dead and cocked warms in Curry's like brinjal, ladies finger. The person who comes to clean toilets just visit the toilets and returns, if asked why isn't he not cleaning the toilets he just says the owner didn't gave him money for the past few months so he was forcefully had to come but don't want to work. Same with case of Aaya who comes for cleaning rooms. Instead the owner so called NANI says that it has to be informed before 1 month before vacating through who he can gain 1 month pay. But he convences to observe the change for the comming days, even than there is nothing to be observed people inform him that they want to leave however, he Denise saying it has to be informed before a month which they have. He ignores the before informed leaving statement. This is how his cheap tricks works. If at all the girls dare to leave he accuses them using bad words, do not return the advance 500, or insults them in any way.
