Giftalove.com — not refunding my money

Hi, I have orderd for rakhi from giftalove site and my order no is GL-[protected].I ordered it on aug 1 and the delivery date was aug 7.They did not shipped that order and also was not replying may mails.When I called them then they said that vendor was not getting that order.We can send different rakhis on time.I said ok.They now no rakhis were there and also they are not refunding my money as they are nor answering my mails.
