Gifts By Meeta — Online delivery: commitment failed as per order

On 09 Feb 2017 I had ordered an online gift with order id:46198.
1: The gift was supposed to be delivered on 14 Feb but the delivered it on 15 Feb.
2: The gift ordered seem to be big enough as per image provided on web but when actually delivered was very small. i.e I paid 1500 for a gift but its market value was not more than 300 rs.
3: I had earlier filed a complain on this, in response to which customer care from Gifts by meeta called be saying they would compensate for the same.
4: Niether I recevied any compensation from them nor any callback.
