I placed an order on 13th may for gift delivery to salem, tamil nadu. It was meant to be same day delivery but its been more than a week and no delivery has been made. I cannot reach the company by email, website complaint form or by their listed two mobile numbers. The mobile numbers given are functional however there is no reply from their end. I am not even updated about my order by email. I am unable to track my order by the given tracking app. On their website. The receipt no. Is gtip 8735. The order amount was 2099/-. I am based in gurgaon and i don't know how to reach this company and catch them. Their website needs to be barred for any future transactions by people like me
