Order placed with gifts-to-india on 14 dec vide order GTI- [protected], but no order delivered as promised on 16 dec. Number mentioned on website [protected] is switched off and there is NO TRACKING AND NO LANDLINE AVAILABLE TO TRACK THE ORDER...
WHAT TYPE OF WEBSITE IS THIS PROMISING PROMPT DELIVERY AND AT THE BEST PRICES??? WHY NO OTHER CONTACT DETAILS AVAILABLE ???

Very irresponsible site no order tracking information. Just waist our valuable time spoil all plans & sensitive relation. No contact number is there. Yet not refund the amount even not showing any wallet balance.
Now only just want to get back my paid amount that's much for me please

I placed order on 6/26/2021 and the order is not yet received. They charged me the amount successfully. Fake/Bogus company and website. Shame on them for doing this. Their phone number is switched off always.

I ordered a bouquet and card which was supposed to deliver on March 15th (same day delivery). They sent me an email when I asked them what is the status of my order? They said they can’t deliver perishable products so I had to choose other items like dry fruits or chocolates. I told them to deliver dry fruits which was supposed to deliver with in 3-4 days, they stopped replying to my emails and never delivered the product. This website is fake and they are looting people’s money.

I had placed an order of a bouquet and chocolates which was supposed to be delivered today but it has not been delivered yet.
I would like a refund if it not delivered today.

I have placed the Anniversary gift order on 3rd Dec-20 to thi site but it had not delivered in given time even not delivered on next day. After that, I raised the complaint and ask them to cancel the order and refund the same. But still not received the payment and now saying it had refunded on 7th Dec...Which is actually not received any payment and they dont have Payment details as well.

Ordered 2 Rakhi gifs for family with sweets and Rakhis, Product description was all Halidram items but below order no's has only one product from haldiram and rest from street vendor call Bhikharam. I asked for refund. but there is no response on phone.

Please do not waste your money on this website. Counter fit and unknown products, broken basket, loose packing and moreover embarrassment in front of relatives is frustrating. Please do not buy anything, I am going to consumer complaints to ask for refund.

I have placed an order. I really dis-satisfied with the order. Its really a time constraint for an occasion and placed the order in advance. The order is not delivered and no one respond to the calls.

I have sent couple of mails to their team, no response to the calls and no response to the mails. They are really cheaters, requested for refund and the refund also not processed

I had booked an online birthday order to my special one. Order was booked on the date 03/10/2019 and it was suppose to deliver on 05/10/2019. Till the date it has not been delivered. When i calling the company customer care support number now im not able to get connect with them. Previously several time i had talked and re confirmed the order.

Order amount was inr 1448 which had already been pay still refund procedure also not yet happened.

I would like to file a case against this fraud company, this should not happen to any other peoples again.

So kindly take an action against this website.

I placed an order through 'the company to deliver a gift to my relative at 'warsaw' poland. As asked online, iwas asked to pay an amount rs 2177/- for a gift i selected. I paid online. I got a mail from the company confirming my order with a delivery date of[protected]. I was given the courier detail i. E dhl courier service, through which the parcel was sent.
On tracking, it shows 'parcel' has reached 'warsaw' but stuck up at custom. Today my relative at poland has been asked to pay custom duty to get the 'parcel'. The company has never informed that there is a hidden cost of 'custom duty' involved. I have given complaint to company, but no response, contact number is always busy. This i find a total case of cheating by hiding information. My order no-order id hgti-[protected]

I have ordered Rakhi from India to Sweden via order number HGTI-[protected]-M on 17th Aug 2018 via Gifts-to-india.com site, surprising after order placed and payment deduction only one mail received as notification and after that no one is available for tracking or anyother support.
Customer care number availbale on site is not available and feedback form not working showing error.
Looks this site is doing fraud .

Need immediate action and don't use this website.

I have placed an order through - gifts-to-india.com (ID - GTI-[protected]) to Switzerland on 31st July. I am trying to reach them to change my order date but the number given in their website is not reachable and they are not replying to email also. Previously I had booked and they had delivered my order but this it seems they do not have proper services.

I would request to the management of gifts-to-india.com to kindly call back me on my given number in the website or please reply to my email.

I am never going to place any order from this website.

I have placed my order on 13th may 2018 with order no: ygti-#.

This was a gift for my mom on the occasion of mother's day. I have placed my order through paypal. The first irritating thing is when i placed my order i didn't receive my order number and then i tried to contact them using a number ([protected]) which is provided on the website and which is of no use because it is always switched off.
As i didn't get my order number i mailed them that i don't have any order status and they replied with automated mail as below.

I was waited for 2days and checked my order status online they update it as pending.in their website, word pending means pending order status does not mean that your order has not been delivered.
Online status updation will be 2-3 days late due to order pressure.

Then i was waiting for my order for 1 week but i didn't get any product.

This is the worst services i never experienced. As my money debited from paypal i just started a case against them and asking my refund. I request to block this website and these # fellows are making money and fooling the public. People will be sending the gifts to their family and friends with happiness and this website is making money with that.

The website with no proper customer care should be blocked

I ordered 500 gms of walnut and 500 gms of almonds. Lukcily my family decided to weight it and found out that, both of them were less than 200 gms. I paid around 2000 rupees. I tried contacting the company many times, no body answers and automated emails are being sent all the time. This is such a disgusting company, who is big on cheating customers. The product i ordered and what my family received was entirely different.in fact, instead of proving 500 gm, they drastically reduce to 200 grams. These kind of fraudulent organisation should be shut down. I really hope to get appropriate refund or send the equivalent quantity products to my family.
