Have purchase a item from Shoppingnsaving.com on 05/06/2015 at Rs.2099/-.On[protected] i got a call from shoppingnsaving.com they told me that they are providing 80-90% off on electronic items so i asked why you are giving too much discounts then he told me that they are new site and they want to promote it at a large scale, so they are going to invest some amount to promote their site as discount, after that discussion i have told them to if they are not going to deliver the product then refund my money as 100% so they agree with me.After paying money by netbking to the site they didn't call me . After one month they msg me that i have participated in thier contest & i didn't won the contest so they convert my money to 1999 points but i can't redeem that points agst less than rs.1999 at once they told me redeem 499 points & pay balance amount.So i clear the matter with them that i am not participated in your contest so you have to refund my money or provide me the facility to redeem my points as 100% .So they are giving me dates for 2 months after that they e-mail me that they refund my money under 30th august 2015, after they e-mail me that they will refund my money under 9th sept 2015 after that they e-mail that amount will be refunded to my account under 16th Sept.2015.after failling all dates i have call the again & again they told me that refunding process will be completed under 5th oct 2015, & today they told me it takes another 10-15 days.I have recorded all call before purchase till now in which they have clearly told me about they will deliver the product or 100% refund will be ginven by them .Overall they are not going to refund my money.So could plz help me get my money & take serious action against them because they have cheated many peoples.

This company has launched some sale kind of thing when I have invested 2000 rs they told me this money will be back to interms of reward point but I tried to contact them they were telling site is under maintenance also I did payment through credit card I am cheated by this company for 2000rs

Respected sir i received a phone call about from person namely rishab and suresh, they told for our website promotion we are having a contest, and u r lucky customer u visit our online site and choose the product you want and did accordingly, i opted for two products a laptop and a camera, and paid the amount of rs. 3, 998 by online internet banking facility on 20.05.2016. I complaint about the same on website email, they replied by mail as under “dear customer, shoppingnsaving.com is happy to help you. As per our discussion, already we have received your complaint. We have noted this. I would like to inform you that your refunding request is in process. And very soon it will be finished and your request will be resolved under 25th september. Call received from shoppingnsaving.com saying deal for limited periods, goods at 1/10 price, on paying Rs.4997 for three products, email came saying this is lottery, now you will get points. which can be used for purchase of goods with add on amount. on doing the same their website shows error and points got nullified. call their customer care initially they said will become alright after 1 week. Now i see same situation after 3 months no points no refund of money. did n number of emails but no response. now their call centre not functioning. let me know is this fraud company or scam website.

On 17-Jul-15, I have received calls from representative of Shoppingnsaving company and share that maximum products on the rates of Rs. 999/- or Rs. 1999/- because of company promotional offer.
I impressed from website offers and also by communications of representative. And that’s why I booked my total 2 orders – Motorola Mobile in Rs. 1999/- & Bajaj Microwave Oven in Rs. 999/-. As per the instruction, I have to pay Rs. 300/- extra as transportation charges.

After this, on 10-Aug-15 Two nos. mail communication received from Shoppingnsaving:
1st Mail: You have received 999 Reward Points! Your total number of reward points is now 999.
2nd Mail: You have received 1999 Reward Points! Your total number of reward points is now 2998.
After this, multiple times follow ups with Shoppingnsaving concern team either by mail or by telephonic till. During communication, they agreed for refund of my payment. But now since 23-Sep-15, their all contact nos. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) unreachable and also they were not responded on mail id ([protected]@shoppingnsaving.com).


My first mail on 11-Aug-15:

This type deal is a totally cheat with customer. Because I paid Rs. 3598/- to purchase Motorola Mobile & Bajaj Micorwave Oven by Contest menu.

At the time of purchase, nobody from your side explain your strategy. At that time, we received information that these are the promotional offers and that's why selling discount is so much. We trusted on your team's communication and attract to pay Rs. 3598/- to purchase these products.

Now after 20 days when follow ups with your team, the details have been received from your team that the contest is totally draw system and the products have been able to get if I select in draw and otherwise if do not select in draw then the balance will be received in Wallet.

After this communication, I was sure that my self is not winner and today this has been confirmed by this mail. And redeem points 2998 received in my wallet out of my payment of Rs. 3598/-.

With this, I lost Rs. 600/- out of my total payment and now I have to purchase any product which price is equal or above Rs. 2998/-. Also I have to purchase the product from your website as normal customer as well as without any special discount.

Can anybody from your side able to understand my problem and how I suffered due to wrong communication from your team?

As per my opinion, your company initiated the business with wrong direction and wrong vision. I had purchased so many products by online media from Flip-kart, Paytm, e-bay etc. but them never cheat with me as well as no customers find out with whom these websites made cheating.

Now this is my humble request to refund my payment of Rs. 3598/- otherwise I have to complaint in customer care centre or take further steps of complaints. As well as I have to spread news about you’re cheating in social media like WhatsApp, Facebook which can impact your future business.

Sorry for my above communication but cheating is not acceptable. Nobody can trust on your website by this way of approach.

How you say that "There is nothing like fraud or cheating"? Non transparency of any of the case is clear cut cheating.

If you didn't want to cheat with us then you must share the details of the CONTEST CATEGORY, which you shared before receiving of payment neither by written mail nor by verbal communication. The details shared from your side after 20 days of our payment.

In addition, I paid Rs. 3598/- and my reward point is only 2998/-, so I already lost Rs. 600/- without getting any benefit or any product. What you say? For this loss, have your team informed in advance? The answer is "No".

Have your team shared the details of contest? Has the contest been organized in the local place or live telecasting done of the contest? Has the result of contest with details of winner shared with us? All the questions have single answer is "No".

All above details very much clear that your company done cheating with proper planning because first getting payment by statement or advertisement as promotional offer then after passing some days sharing details that the payment done in Contest Category and then after some more passing days sharing result as looser of Contest.

Kindly requested to refund the total payment or give some real special offer. Because presently all products rate in your website is higher than other online websites like Paytm, Amazon, Flip kart etc.

I think that the amount is not bigger for me as well as for your company. But this is the question of market reputation of your company? Hello, I've order an various Items in my order no. #14962 & #14983 and after that i came to know that it's a contest and the customer support executive didn't told me that it's a contest and they miss guided me. After I called them they told me that if you didn't won the contest you would get your money in the form of reward point and you can buy anything from our website redeeming this reward points. Since i got reward point after the result announced but still i can't use reward point so i called into the customer care no. after so many tried they didn't pick up the call so i dropped mail for the refund and they told me into the mail that you will get refund soon. But till date they not refunded my amount amonting to Rs. 16592/-. I tried to call them for proceedure to use reward points then also tried from their website but there is no option to redeem reward point and i called there customer support service they didn't picking up the phone. I had correspondence with Rohit & Amit but they are not ready to support me. I'm thinking of go ahead to lodge a complaint against them to the local police station.

Hi, I Ordered a product through this site as i got call from Mr. Rohit, Executive of shoppingnsaving.com. they hide me that this is the contest as and when i come to know it is contest, i called them but they refuse to give positive reply they only saying that we select 30 winners, you should wait till 11th Aug after only you will come to know if you selected then you will get the products or otherwise you will receive refund through reward point.On 11 August i called them they had only selected 15 winner, I told them you told me that you will select 30 winners then the reply from them is "Jyaada customers nahi the usme se hi humne 15 winners ko select kiye" on this i replied boss then where I'm, I have also ordered and i'm eligible.

The person with mobile number +91 [protected] called ( Person call name - Amit). He kept on calling that laptop/Mobile etc. will be available at Rs.1999 ( My loosing amt - Rs.4300) as special offer and launching offer for today before 6 pm. After repeated call and checking the website, they pamper me to paid the money, and giving me reason to for that advertisement need high expenses so company decided to distribute the same amount of money to client directly ( Discount offer on gadgets ). He told explain to how to pay money directly and convene to its all authorize system n all Channel partner HDFC bank) . Conforming to product will reach in 7 days. I got a call on 29. 6. 2015 from shoppingnsaving.com agent he told me they are sailing electronic products on 90% discount this offer is for limited one day. As this is the new site we are sailing product in low rate to publish our website. He told me the process to book the product. I have ordered. . .
