Mynorder no was GTMC 8800. Delivery was supposed to be 18th July. Nothing was delivered and no one is answering calls or responding to what's app messages. And I have raised queries/ complaints thru the website with no acknowledgement. If this site is fraudulent why are they still active? Surely they shudve been shut by now....

I had ordered a Fastrack watch from this site. Order no: GTMC-1014. They took amount of 2495/- via net banking. Till today, it is in processing status on their website. I tried several times to call them, emailed them, tried whatsapp but nothing worked. They have a online chat option as well but once they understand that I am on chat, they stops chatting. This company appears to be fraud as they took the payment for the subject order but did not deliver.

All the emails to the given address are bouncing back.

On June 6 2021, I had ordered a fruit basket worth Rs 1025/- (order number - GTMC-1009) to gift my friend on her birthday. A person named Sumit got in touch through their official number mentioned on the website (+91 [protected]). He promised same day delivery but after that stopped responding to my messages and isn't answering my calls. I had ordered throught this site gift to my sister through the site mobile no [protected] of mr rahul kothari tranction amnt rs 2600 id no [protected] dated 07.2020 time 12 pm.. Tried to contact many times.. No response. Wish i had know he is cheat.. Atkeast i would have donated to pm cares covid 19.
Need these frauds to be dealt....

On Saturday 26th Jan 2019, I had placed an order which is not delivered. also the numbers provided at time was not been answered and now the site has gone down.

The payment was made through CC Avenue which is suppose to be trusted and have a valid track of seller information.

I had ordered a combo of wine, bouqet and card for my fiancée birthday. However i havent received the order at all. I had called their support numbers a 100 times, even mailed to refund though no response.
This company is a fraud. If you will check the mobile numbers they belong to mumbai and the landline is of kolkata.
Their numbers are even registered on watsapp but you wont get any response.
Beware of these fraudulent.br...

We have used the website - http://www.giftstomumbaicity.com to place an order (Order number[protected] and successfully made payment online on website. However the product was never delivered and the customer care service is not even bothered to reply or answer our calls. Not sure how many people this website is fooling. Request you to look into it on priority basis....

I have ordered Fresh flowers with fresh fruits for my Dad's birthday. I'm still waiting for delivery. I have mad several attempts to follow up on it but haven't got back a single reply yet.

Looking at my order number, 0784, it seems like they have fooled more than 750 people.

We have also spoken to payment gateway company and also about to speak to our bank to raise charge back.

Order no. Gtmc 0181. I had ordered a five star hotel cake from this site. I was confirmed 5 times that the cake will be from taj hotel Mumbai and will be delivered by 7 pm max. The cake did not come at 7, I tried calling them more than 50 times. But no one picked up the calls. I received the cake at 9.30 but the cake was from a road side bakery in Mumbai.
