Giftstomumbaicity.com, these guys have no sense of responsibility and professionalism! Actually are looters!!
I had ordered a gift for midnight of 12th Aug. They seem to have not understand meaning of 12 AM. They thought it is 12 AM of 13th Aug and didn't send gift on 12th. I was calling them since 10 PM on 11th Aug on their so called 24 hr support number, to confirm the order. They didn't pickup the call until 1 AM next day. When I dropped a message that I would go to police, the guy reply back in msg to accept the delivery at 2 PM. What the hell..!! We were not home, so I asked him to cancel the order with full refund. But he is teaching me law that I accepted their terms and now I will have only 75% refund for their mistake!
All the while, he didnt pick up my calls, didn't accept his mistake or said sorry in msg! Rather he was arrogant and stubborn on his terms and conditions!!
Literally big NO for these guys... looters!!!

My Husband had ordered a surprise valentines gift through GIFTSTOMUMBAICITY.COM but they didn't deliver the same.

he is in australia & unaware about the he is mighty upset about the same

we are continuously calling them on the customer care number mentioned but no response form the vendor. we need the refund as soon as possible

My Order GTMC-0805, which was placed from Australia on 08.05.2018 for my mums 92nd birthday has not arrived. I tried calling the company and no answer to our emails and phone calls. After reading these reviews I was shocked to find out that this company is fraudulent as there have been numerous complaints.

How are they allowed to trade??? Hello Indian Government, we are all getting cheated by this hellhole of an online company.

Lucky for me I paid by Paypal and have now requested Paypal to take up the matter.

I find this appalling to cheat a 92 year old lady for her birthday gift. Only the scum of society do this and this company is SCUM

On Saturday 26th Jan 2019, I had placed an order which is not delivered. also the numbers provided at time was not been answered and now the site has gone down.

The payment was made through CC Avenue which is suppose to be trusted and have a valid track of seller information.

Ordered 5 kgs of fresh fruits and a flower bouquet yesterday for Rs2250/ and it has not been delivered. Payment was made via GPay and WhatsApp message confirmed receipt. Now no one is reachable and it’s very disappointing.

Worst customer service and FRAUD COMPANY.

I ordered a cake and voucher on 27th Novemebr and called the same in 5 minutes, still awaiting for refund.

No one is picking the call, will launch a police compalint.

Yes, that company is crap and am sad that nobody does anything to them. Please do file the complaint and unfortunately its not easy for me to, otherwise I would have. I even recall the phone call still: the guy who picked my call was so rude and abusive. This is in addition to the money I never got back.

FRAUD AND WORST COMPANY

My husband had ordered valentine's day surprise gift for me through Giftstomumbaicity.com, but inspite of calling several times & paying the full amount online they didn't deliver the same.

On 9 the dec i had order a bottle of champion to surprise my friend on his birthday .I pay via paytm . Till date my friend dint receive any order .

They are so unprofessional neither reply on my mail .Nor on phone call i called them 1000 time .

Can any one help me how to get my money back . Asap
