    Past 3 hours no rain. 700082. 25/1 sodepur 1st lane. Store location is vety near. Takes 12 mins to reach. Still charging rain surge. And when reported to blinkit customer care, the store manager informed them it's raining. Please check the time in screenshot and take strict action in this. Being a regular customer I am highly dissatisfied

          I have ordered something worth 162 rupee on 8 june then calcelled it by some reason then I ask the customer support team for refund, they gave me date of 14 june then I ask them on 14 then they gave the date of 20 june now I have asked them on 21 june and they are saying we have credited your money in your account but no money has been credited to my account.

              I was trying to place order of rs456 on Blinkit app formerly known as grofers. However the amount was deducted from Paytm wallet and order was not placed. On reaching to customer service of blinkit they said that due to technical issue the amount got debited and I will receive a refund of the amount in the original payment method. Still on this day I've not received the refund and the Grofers(blinkit) customer service keeps on saying new thing or the other. I have contacted the Paytm wallet team for any update on refund but it's not reflecting. I either want my refund on the source or in wallet.

                Ordered sugarcane juice which was an expired product.aftr filing a conplaint again the grofers sent a expired product.
                istead of resolving the issue ticket closed.instaed of saying ticket will remain open forever it is closed.

                  The delivered product (Tresemme) has a packaging date of June 2021. I need a product that’s recently packed in or around Jan 2022, so that I can use the product easily till end of year 2023 and/or till the start of year 2024. Currently this product has an expiry in May 2023 and till then I’ll only be able to use 500 ml of shampoo and the remaining 500 ml will get wasted due to nearing expiry date.

                  Please send a product that expires in the year 2024 or please collect back the item from me and credit back the full refund of 588 inr to me. The product is packed and sealed (in the same condition as it was delivered to me).

                  I have highlighted this concern to their team over call and by reaching out to them vie mobile app customer care but they are not ready to listen at all and are not helping in this regard. Request you to kindly help resolve this.

                      This is informed that a msg received from mobikwik a loan amount to be pay. I am strength that I am not taken any loan. just 5 months earlier I booked some grocery items and use mobikwik discount, but cancelled the order for my forgotton something to attach with this orders. after cancellation grofers given msg they are refund amount in original source. My question is when order cancelled the terms is null & void. So why I liable to pay and may be it is miscommunication with mobikwik and Grofers. Grofers mail me they are refund the amount to mobikwik. Please check your account and consult with Grofers. I am sending 2 attachments for your ready reference . So I fervently request you to solve this problem and relief from harassment.

                            Hi Grofers,

                            It's completely dada giri you people are doing. You people have blocked my account, I am not sure what's the problem.

                            Did I take your money ?? Did not paid you pay for the product?

                            What relationship do you have with me? You are the seller and I am the buyer. You are selling the product and I bought the product by paying you full price. As a seller you said to me, If I am not satisfied with the product, then I can return it within 7 days, and you will refund all the amount.

                            This is a simple concept. But now people are doing Dada Giri, I didn't disobey any of your policy but still you have blocked the account and I am asking for a return and refund. You are saying that account is blocked and we are not able to refund the money.

                            It clearly shows how you people are doing Dada Giri. I am asking for my own money, I am not asking anything in charity or free of cost. I am just asking for my own money.

                            Please return my money and take your products. I don't want it and I just want my money back which I have given and which is my own.

                                Hello team.

                                I am have an issue with the order I placed on 1 January 2022. The item nature protect disinfectant spray came damaged and spoiled the cookies. And all the items were covered in spray. I requested refund the same day and was told that refund of 204rs was initiated on 4 January. Today is 17th January I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke to Akshay he is very rude. No refund received. And no help was granted to me. I need my refund please help me. Grofers have extremely rude customer service and they do not help at all. I have not received my refund or replacement. Please assist me. Order ID ORD[protected]. I have already contacted gpay and they informed that no credit has been received. And Grofers is not helping me. I am in distress and anxiety. Please help me.
