Gigabyte — Motherboard warranty | |||
I have a motherboard which was found to be not functioning properly and as i had a warranty period of 3 years, and my warranty was still prevailing, so i placed the warranty and sent the item for warranty to the respective gigabyte company, but the company is now neglecting my issue and not resolving my problem and not giving me any updates regarding the issue and the warranty process, i need to know the cause of negligence of the company.
