I gave my motherboard for repair and they are saying that your motherboard is burnt and it not comes under warranty although 2.5 years are remaining for warranty period, and there is no mention of this kind of term and condition when i bought that product

    I purchased gigabyte motherboard .product unwarranted I submitted 3 time motherboard in service center they repair and u some problems after 3 month.Now they tell ic is burt they not give replacement .

      I purchased gigabyte nvidia gpu card (Rtx 3060 Ti). In about 3 months It's stopped working while gaming or any other graphic related software. Submitted to service center 4 times. Still problem remains the same and when i asked for replacement they kept the graphic card and deplying the replacement each week.

        I bought a gigabyte gpu 2060 1month ago .. and it stopped showing display... Rest fan and everything was working but whn i give them they told me 5-10days then i called them in 5days they said ur gpu was repaired and was working but it stopped again we need more time then i said ok... Then after 2 days i got a sms from gigabyte that my product is ready and collect it when i reached service center they said its ic damage can't repair it ...wtf on call they said repair done but its stopped working again then what they were repairing if it was ic damage ? And if ic damage then service center doesn't have any responsibility????? I ask them that repair it i will pay then they said we can't repair it wtf???? They can't repair their own product??? Really a worst service center i ever see never buy gigabyte product its a ### brand better go for colorful i got my gpu replacement new... Really gud brand but gigabyte is a piece of ### ...

But No response No service. I need my card immediately for my job. I waited a while. They are cheating customers. We will take legal action against company.

                with due respect and the subject cited above it is brought to your kind notice that a computer was assembled by me through arya computers porbandar on an assurance for replacing any part of the computer under warranty period. Unfortunately graphic card gtx 1650 serial no sn[protected] stopped working when it was informed to the arya computers porbandar he directed to deposit this to abhay computers una gujrat for further forwarding for replacement from the following centre of ahmedabad gujrat circle on 02/10/2021

                arya computer who is providing services under your brand did not responded to the requests and frequently made inquires about the replacement of the same graphic card and solemnly denied to provide after sales services to the customer even though the complete payment was made online and surprisingly he charged rs.400/ rupees charges of installation oof this computer even though he did not come at diu simply he send assembled computer to me at diu through courier services.

                Anyhow myself with vigorous surfing over net found centre address and keep contact for getting replaced the graphic card meantime he did not make any efforts to convey the real situation to the centre.

                After many inquires it was send back to me in the name of oxidation without repair or replaced under warranty period. When the matter was conveyed to

                he did not respond properly and talked with rough and unaccepted voice and in a apathetic unprofessional manner to my request for knowing more about warranty policy and oxidation. More than half portion of our country coming under oxidation area giving assurance to the innocent customers for warranty and replacement parts under warranty period is just bluff and unacceptable . Attached herewith all relevant bills and product packing for your ready reference .

                Hence it is my earnest request to your kind honour to provide replaced graphic card under warranty period immediately without further delay otherwise kindly treat this as one month prior notice before honb'le consumer court for justice with compensation.

                  Gigabyte — Warranty service for Gigabyte GIGABYTE P650B SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze

                  Dear Sirs:
                  I bought a Gigabyte GIGABYTE P650B SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze PSU from MD Computer, of Kolkatta, online, on
                  4th Nov. 2020, see the attached invoice. It worked perfectly for about six months on a home made system having: 1.
                  Gigabyte motherboard model GA-F2A88XM-D3H, 2. AMD Kaveri Processor (A8-7600), 3. 8Gb of DDR3 RAM, 4. WD
                  HDD 500 Gb, 5. WD HDD 320GB, and 6. ASUS DVD Writer. The desktop is powered through an UPS.
                  On one fine morning there was smoke emanating from the desktop cabinet and on opening the cabinet I found that the
                  smoke was coming from the SATA power connector of the WD 320Gb HDD (item 4 above), see the attached images of
                  the fried HDD. I had no option but to cut-off the smoking SATA power connector (which got fully burnt) and tape the
                  connector wires carefully and also remove the fried HDD. After the removal of the burnt power connector and the fried
                  HDD, the system worked perfectly till a month back. One day when the mains power went off, the desktop stopped
                  working under the battery power. It works perfectly when the UPS is on mains power. I got the battery and the UPS
                  checked and they are in perfect working condition. I then replaced the Gigabyte PSU with an older Coolmaster PSU and
                  the desktop is working perfectly, there is no problem whatsoever, UPS switches between mains and battery power as
                  expected. Therefore, the Gigabyte PSU has become defective, period.
                  I took the defective Gigabyte PSU to the official Gigabyte Service Centre at Hyderabad, yesterday (1/9/2021) and
                  deposited it for repair, RMA No. CE[protected]. I was informed this morning by the service centre that the Gigabyte
                  warranty would not cover the PSU as one of the SATA power connectors is missing.
                  Now please tell me what I should have done under the circumstances? Let the PSU do more damage or save the
                  desktop, you tell me?
                  I am fully aware of Gigabyte warranty terms and conditions but under the circumstances, as described above in detail,
                  you should allow the PSU to be repaired under warranty. It will do a lot of good to Gigabytes' reputation.

                        I bought Gigabyte graphic card 710 2Gb DDR3 2 year ago. the
                        warranty of it is may 2021 now its display not working properly
                        when I sent it to service center 18/08/2020 they returned me on
                        08/09/2020
                        and they were saying Back Side Rusted And Serial Number
                        Tempered...I called them on 22/09/2020. I requested to repair my
                        graphic card but they were refuse my request. I told about about
                        company
                        policy if company can not repair so they have to give us new or
                        another. Now how can I trust on this company during the warranty
                        neither they are repairing nor changing. how I suggest to
                        others about this company. I request to you please help me... I

                          I bought gigabyte amd rx560 4g graphic card 30/10/2019 from amazon.in. After 2 weeks my graphic card stop working. I sended the graphic card to gigabyte centre (Kolkata) for repairing. After 10 days they told me that my card is repaired but when take it to home and run on my computer i am facing the same problem, its not working. I wasted my time and money. I never seen such poor service like that. They are talking about 3 year warranty what is totally useless.

                            I bought gigabyte 1070 8g graphic card 20/02/2018 in 52000 rupees. After 6 months my garphic card burnrd while gaming. I sended the graphic card to gigabyte centre for repairing. After 15 days they call me and say your graphic card burn and they are not repairable. I say it can't repaired then you replace it but they say we can't do that. They say you are try from outside shops. Graphic card have 2 years warranty left. Gigabyte can't reapir or replace my graphic card then they why given warranty. I dump my 52000 rupees please help me.

                              I have a motherboard which was found to be not functioning properly and as i had a warranty period of 3 years, and my warranty was still prevailing, so i placed the warranty and sent the item for warranty to the respective gigabyte company, but the company is now neglecting my issue and not resolving my problem and not giving me any updates regarding the issue and the warranty process, i need to know the cause of negligence of the company.

                                I purchased a motherboard, it came doa. Sent it in for repair and the sent one back. The new/ serviced board had the same problem. No boot. Sent for repair again and got a board that worked for 2 months. Now after 3 weeks of trying to get a response for an rma i am at a loss what to do. I guess i am out the money and will have to buy a new board. (You can bet it wont be a gigabyte) even though i have two others that do work well.
                                My mother board audio port has been short circuit i dont know how and why did it happen now i am unable listen any thing (my speakers are working) so what do i do now it is 1 month old can it get replaced by new one or the audio port can be replaced? Suggest me some thing

                                  i have bought the motherboard 2 years back and i have warranty for 3 years
                                  i have been running to service center often as because of mother board my system restarts several time and now not even booting

                                  i went to GIGABYTE service center near mount road and told them the issue but the service center people told me cant replace and they only repair the board.

                                  it is not fair customer trust what was advertised and told while purchase of product but when we go to them in service center they are not following the same..

                                  i want the mother board to be replaced as i am kept facing the reboot issue.

                                  Gigabyte mother boards suck. Even I am facing the problem that it restart suddenlyafter a few minute or every ever 30 second after loading windows. Even their Service is incapable of removing the problem. Don"t ever think of buying Gigabyte mobo .

                                    I owns a Gigabyte Motherboard (b75m-d3h), and it came up with some problem, my PC was getting switched of while automatically while running. As the product was under warranty, so I have sent it to the Accel Frontline collection point in Agra on 30th June 2014. I collected my replaced unit yesterday, i.e. 8th July 2014. I came back to my place, but when i have removed the CPU socket cover, all the pins of the socket were damaged. I went back to the accel frontline office, now they are saying that u have damaged them and its your fault. They are saying u must have checked it here only before leaving the place. What should i do now?? Please hlep! Thank you.

                                        Shashank here from Mumbai. I have submitted my faulty Gigabyte motherboard under warranty for replacement.It was replaced within 22 days on 26th november. It was found faulty again on 28th November.It was submitted again to the service center. As per conversation with the Manager of Accel Frontline he gave me the reason of Power fluctuation in SMPS. I have checked the SMPS with the Circle Company Service Center. It shows totally OK Report. The motherboard with the service center is replaced 2-3 times but they are not providing totally tested Motherboard. I have wasted my 200-300 Rupees in travelling to service center and dint find any satisfactory Service from Accel Frontline and Gigabyte Pvt. LTd.                                           Sir, I have purchase a Gigabyte motherboard on 16.05.12 and it is not working from the very first day, after that it was submitted ti Accel Care Center, Nehru Place on 24.05.12, But till now (29.05.12), No Response from that Service center, and when I call to that center, most of the time The phone number was found switch off, and if not switched off, they receive the call and disconnect after saying Hello...Hello...Hello..............................., and when I call to the Manager of New Delhi Region ([protected] Mr Sandip), Mr. Sandip also disconnect the call........................

                                          Gigabyte — motherboard installation error

                                          I have an installation error while using gigabyte motherboard. During formatting the computer stops at 43% every time. Also there is a strange appearance of i alphabet on the screen when it shows BIOS. I had submitted the motherboard to Accel Frontline, Tardao, but the problem is still there. Since I have bought it last year and now i have no clue what to do.

                                            I was received gigabyte mother board GA-H55M-S2 on 18 th Jun 2011 as i use only 15 days now my HDD is faulty so cant use my system when i try to use my board to next i Month now it is not showing power supply. I went to Accel Frontline Service Limited 204-205, 2nd floor Madhuban Building-55,Nehru Place,New Delhi and submitted to another time but still showing no power supply.It was taken one month but there is no any resolution I was submitted my board for 3rd time.This time there was the same power issue.All the old and new call id detail is mention below,Hope you help me to replace my mother board with better service.

                                              I had purchased a Gigabyte motherboard Model No: GA-G333M-S2L on 7-April-2008 from Direct Advantage (Nehru Place). The motherboard started having display problems after 6_7 months, so i went to the service centre in nehru place as the mother board was under warranty. They replaced it with a low end model: GA-G31M-X2.

                                              They misguided me that it was same as my motherboard and if i encounter any problem they will replace it.
                                              Now again it started having display problems. This time i researched and found that it was a lower end model which they had given me. So i again went to the service centre and complained about the motherboard.

                                              Now, they are refusing to change it with the model that i had originally purchased, irrespective of the original bill which shows the original model number and the box of the motherboard. They have replaced it with the same low end motherboard.

                                              Please help me as i have been cheated by one of the good motherborads companies.

                                              can any one please send me the address of service center of gigabyte in Nehru place
                                              yeah i m also a same victims of this service centre... i gave my motherboard GA-M61PME to repair it to Accel Frontline Services Limited... today it is the 35 th day... but still they return it to me...they just told that it will take e along time to be repaired... they again told that they sent my motherboard to some bloody" third party" ...for this reason it is a very long time process to get it back... but being a engineering student that motherboard is very much urgent to me... they told that it will take max to max 15 days at the time of submission...but still after 35 days they make me helpless... so please do something its a very much urgent need for me... please take some steps against this service centre as soon as possible... and please help me to get return my motherboard...
