Sir, I purchased 3 Burner Gas stove model GFB3BrHOB from your dealer New Kitchen world from Anantapur town, Andhra Pradesh dt.[protected] bill order no 095 worth Rs 27, 000/-. After two years right side medium Brass burner was replaced due to uneven flame. Now left side brass burner also got the same problem. Now I need to be replaced this one also.
Actually what is happening to Brass burners. It is supposed to be last for minimum 10 years. Now for replacing, It is costing Rs 4000/-. to me. At this juncture every one points to the quality of brass we are using for Burners.
I request in this regard to replace the Brass burner with new one at no cost.
