I had raised complaint 2 weeks back with complaint number 108811. Following twice every day, but only answer they will come today. For escalations the Manager Deepak does not even pickup the calls. Every day atleast 5 calls being made to him, he does not even pick up the call nor call back. Today again provided another number of Narender who again just disconnects the call. Very pathetic service. Advise no one to buy products from GILMA and if at all buy it by mistake dont even register any complaints to them.
