gilma water heater — NOT SHOWING CARE, CONCERN

We wish to inform that we purchased Gilma Geysers model No.MILANO-15 from M/s. Bharath Enterprises Domalguda, Hyd 500 029. As water is not heating, we made a complaint on 5th May, 2015 vide complaint no. 360807. The Technician after several appeals, attempts inspected the equipment saying ' HEATER ELEMENT" to be replaced a the exorbitant cost of Rs.2, 600/-. So far nothing has been done to replace the element. Every time the recorded statement ' EQUPT YET TO ARRIVE" . We spoke to toll free no who bluntly refused to discuss anything with us saying already our complaint is being looked by their Franchise and to discuss the issue with Mr. Suresh, [protected]. After several attempts with a great difficulty, we could able to talk to him. He is very arrogant and lacking the politeness in replying, He says that usage of geysers is very less during summer and the customer should have patience to wait. There is no answer with him when being told 15days is not a short period of patience. He is very adamant and there is no care, concern towards customers as his behaviour is not convincing and very rude. He further advised us to go to any extent for redress our grievance as he himself is authority to do anything. we are at his mercy only.
