We wish to inform that we purchased Gilma Geysers model No.MILANO-15 from M/s. Bharath Enterprises Domalguda, Hyd 500 029. As water is not heating, we made a complaint on 5th May, 2015 vide complaint no. 360807. The Technician after several appeals, attempts inspected the equipment saying ' HEATER ELEMENT" to be replaced a the exorbitant cost of Rs.2, 600/-.
So far nothing has been done to replace the element. Every time the recorded statement...

Gilma Solar water heater always leaks, within guarantee period they charge heftily and still dont solve the problem

Gilma is a fraud company, dont fall in the trap of gilma.. they promise you one year guarantee.. They send goons to your home, who will threaten elderly or weak people at home, forcing them to sign papers saying that the issue is resolved. If you request them to fix the problem, after few months of repeated calls, they will visit the site and charge hefty amount during guarantee period still the problem is not fixed. I am Dr sreedhar reddy purchased a gilma water heater 200 ltr in march 2011 from local dealer near marathalli, praveen jain [protected]. i paid by cheque. they delivered the water heater with in 5 days and it has been installed. after half day we noticed water is leaking from the tank. i brought to their notice immediate next day. they came for inspection and said manufacture defect. they said...
