Ginger Hotel — Locked out of room for an entire night

Address: Panjim, Goa

I was locked out of my room for a nigh at Ginger hotel Panjim, and was asked to stay in another room without lugage or clothes for night. Faulty lock system was the reason. No response from Cluster manager, Ashish on this issue.
Pls look into this matter at earliest.
