I have booked two rooms as below reservation IDs:

I have cancelled both of them on 11-April-2023.
But, till date I have not received the refund.

After complaining so many times to the headquarters of this prestigious TATA group hotel, they apologized and requested me to come again. So this is how I was trapped the second time in the very well know Ginger hotel.
