My friend had gifted my giordano watch in nov 17. After eight months the watch stopped working as its minute and second hands were not moving. So i sent it to mumbai giordano service center for its repair as it was still under warranty.
Mr nikhil (Tel:[protected]), service coordinator, mr khalid (+ 91-[protected]), service customer executive was attending my watch.
It has been a month now when i am following for my watch back but these guys are not sending it back to my address. As per them they have delivered it to the invoiced address where since the watch is gifted i had mentioned specifically during my mail communication with them that it has to be given to my personal address which i had specificallly mentioned in my communication mails with them.
These guys are not supporting and are not delivering the watch even after hundreds of follow ups.
Request immediate action against these guys and request my watch back.
