Subject: Service order no ZMP2104001

It's been more than four months I have given my Giordano watch for service at your Marina Mall service center. I didn't get any call or update regarding my watch status. I understand the lockdown situation but still expected some response from your end. Please update the current status of my order. Everytime I call or visit the Zimpson they are like, watch has been received by Giordano and it's on queue. How long does it take? What's current status of the service? I need to know this as soon as possible else I will be going for consumer forum.

I had purchased a giordano watches in before 1 month from now.It has working function improperly sometimes it has stopped the minute hand and second hand so I want to repaired it.I want a immediate response from your company

I bought giordano r1209 from central mall, bellandur, bangalore last year while i visited my relatives there. And within 3 months the inside of the screen started having permanent fog. Then in the month of oct - nov when i revisited bangalore (I live in punjab) i gave the defected watch to the counter guy which he returned me after a week fully resolved. But, after using this giordano r1209 for just 12 hours the same problem came back but this time with a new defect ' the secondary dial with the brand name was freely moving this time. Tell me what to do. I feel cheated.

I purchased a giordano mens blue watch 1980-66 from lifestyle store and its strap colour fades within 5-6 months and when i give it to giordano service centre they called me and ask for 2008rs i said why this watch is under warranty he said wat h is under warranty not strap

This is worst type of service and quality of products i have ever seen if we get this type of service then why ee purchase that much costly watches 5 month of life we can get by cheep watches too please resolove my issue because when i was purchasing this watch the seller had told me that if even the colour of strap slightly fades we will replace it nad see here is complete colour of strap got fade and become worst

We unfortunately chose a buy a giordano watch on 21st may 2017 for my wife worth 5000/-.. Unfortunately, in the first year it stopped working often & we changed the battery also.. Unfortunately, it stopped working and we gave it to shoppers stop for repairs on 19th may 2018.. They gave it back to us after a month & it worked fine for 3 months.. Once again, it has stopped working...

This is a terrible product that we have unfortunately purchased, please refund our full money ; in the 1.5 years since purchase, the watch has worked for less than six months!!

Please suggest the way ahead.. Ty

My friend had gifted my giordano watch in nov 17. After eight months the watch stopped working as its minute and second hands were not moving. So i sent it to mumbai giordano service center for its repair as it was still under warranty.
Mr nikhil (Tel:[protected]), service coordinator, mr khalid (+ 91-[protected]), service customer executive was attending my watch.
It has been a month now when i am following for my watch back but these guys are not sending it back to my address. As per them they have delivered it to the invoiced address where since the watch is gifted i had mentioned specifically during my mail communication with them that it has to be given to my personal address which i had specificallly mentioned in my communication mails with them.
These guys are not supporting and are not delivering the watch even after hundreds of follow ups.

Request immediate action against these guys and request my watch back.

I bought a giordano premier watch from kolkata in the month of july. The watch was on 50% off and it costed me 7000 rs. Today it’s been just 1.5 months and the bracelet of the watch got rusted. I want an explanation to this as it’s not a very inexpensive watch nor do i wear it very often.

I purchased a giordano wrist watch on dated 25/01/2018 costing rs 6895 whose mrp is about 13000 above from lingaraj watch & communication, 89, janpath, bapujinagar, bhubaneswar-751009. Within 10 days the watch stopped and dead. As i am working in guwahati i didnt find any service centre in guwahati. Then again i repaired the same at bbsr. But still it z again dead. Kindly i request you plz take my watch and refund my money if possible. I really feeling so panic and made a blunder by purchasing this product. Please take this matter seriously... And i request you never try to promote the defective brand. Because no one is having time to purchase tension from the market and always ready to complain on that. Hope u can understand what i about to say... So please consider my case if possible.

I have purchased a geodarno watch from the helios lajpat nagar.

From the last 10 months 2 times i have provided them my watch to repair.. They were taking 45-60 days each time... Last week only i have received my watch from helios after such a long time i. E 60 days.

Again i am facing the same problem with my watch...
I have gifted this watch to my close one.
And i am ashamed nd regret too after gifting such a defective product..!

23 dec 2017 i went to the mall bangkapi thailand for repair giordano watches i explain about my watches problem and then a staff gave repair invoice to me. He told me when my watches is come back he will call back to me immediately. Now today 23 feb 2018 i thinking about my watches and then i calling to shop giordano branch the mall bangkapi and talk with he do you know what does he said!! He said my watches came back to shop since 10 feb 2018 he forgotten call back to me. I get angry now why i waiting for long time because he forgotten that’s right? Is not make sense i want to complain he only because he didn’t responsible anything and he not appropriate for your brand staff i want to let out him and i don’t want to see him in this giordano shop anymore.

I purchased a giordano watch from flipkart in august and within a month a stud from the watch got removed. From where and how will it get fixed? And how can a stud get removed by just wearing a watch. I have also attached a picture of the watch you can see one of the stud is missing. Highly disappointed 😔. Can you please tell me where can i get it fixed in delhi?

I purchase giordano watch from shopper stop bangalore. After 1 year watch is not working. So i went to shopper stop and ask him to repair. But without seeing my watch his telling that your battery is not working and i have to pay additional money for that. Also i have 2 year warranty and in warranty card no where written there is no warranty for sale.

I bought the watch from Lifestyle Jaipur and after 20 months its stop the working, after that I send the watch to life style Jaipur they send the watch to Mumbai, I received the watch after 45 days and its stop the working again after 15 days . now its crossed its warranty period . pls replace the watch as its have a manufacturing defect.

I bought a giordano gio collection watch on 31/1/2016. From lifestyle international pvt.Ltd., high street phoenix, lower parel, mumbai, maharashtra, india. Pin code - 400013.

The watch stopped working after a month so i went to the giordano watch store in lifestyle. The salesman changed the battery of the watch but again it has stopped working. It stops whenever i wear it. I am very upset because i spent so much on a branded watch but couldn't use it at all since the time i bought it on 31st january, 2016. Kindly help me on how can i get my faulty watch replaced by a new watch, which actually works or return my money. Thank you!

I have bought a Giordano watch from show room and started malfunctioning in second month. To my surprise the service is also very bad. I have been visiting to showroom to fix it on every alternate month. It starts working and stops again after 15 days with a dead battery. Very bad. Never go for a Giordano watch, its my request to all.

I Bought a Giordano Multi Dial watch from groupon.co.in invoice dated 12th April'13 with a one year warranty. I am facing issues with the watch as the watch is not working. More over the watch is a replica watch and not an original. While purchasing this watch it was not mentioned that it is a replica and on the invoice also it is not mentioned. I have emailed them all the proofs including the original invoice, warranty card which has the holographic sticker of originality and the screen shots for the website. they have also not done anything. What to be done????

I HAVE PURCHASED TWO NOS. OF GIORDANO WATCHES IN LAST SEPT. 2010 - BOTH THE WATCHES GOT RUSTED ON THE STEEL CASE OF THE WATCHES AND AVAILED TWO TIMES REPLACEMENT FOR THIS REASON - BUT AGAIN BOTH THE WATCHES GOT RUSTED WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME - PLS ADV WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHERE TO RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT. I have a different experience with Deals4all. I booked 2 watches 12/11/07 and on 18/12/07 i called up customer care to know the status and i was informed that it'll take one week more. But apparently today(19/12/07)i recieved a mail from [protected]@Deals4all.net informing that watches have been dispatched through AFL courier. When i tracked online I was shocked to see that it had already delivered on 11/12/07 to some unknown person. I think deals4all and AFL are cheating people. I'm planning to lodge a complaint in customer court, can anybody help me out how to proceed????
