Girias India Investment — Free gift promised not delivered even after many follow ups

Had bought bosch washing machine from Girias with a assured free gift. But they just cheated on the free gift and have not provided it even after around 1 year and lot of follow ups.When I follow up they (pavitra and store manager) give false assurances.
