I am writing to follow up on a refund request for a cancelled order made on 07-Jul-2025.
Invoice Number: CS/TNP/3988
Invoice Date: 07-Jul-2025
Amount Paid: ₹26, 500/-
Branch: Tondiarpet (New Washermenpet), Chennai
The order was cancelled on the same day due to a model change. However, we have not yet received any update regarding the refund.

    I have purchased the Loyd 1 ton AC
    The product came immediately but installtion person is not receiving the call
    I called Girias but they saying AC installation supervisor not taking registration,

    Paid full amount yet waiting for the AC to get installed in this hot summer since from 5 days.
    This is problem with Hospet Girias branch

        I bought a Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star inverter AC from you at your T Nagar Stores in Chennai on 3/3/2023. I received a damaged unit on delivery and the model provided was an outdated one.
        Kindly resolve this. I am very disappointed with the service provided to me.

          Request a Return

          We purchased a refrigerator in Girias (Kolathur). We choose one product but they billed and delivered some other. I ordered for my parents. They don't even know how to read and write. They didn't know the capacity difference. Once we found the mistake and asked the respective sales person Nalini and branch manager, they turned out arrogantly. Sir, what is customer service? very poor.
          They dont even response in a polite manner. Please sir, kindly heip me to sort out this issue. On purchase they will responsible, after that they tell us go and complaint in main branch which was located at banglore . Sir, what a response this. We didn't get invoice on the same date. They don't even response proper manner. Extra items are included in invoice. The sales person arroagantly said unala ena mudiyumo paathuko.

              Good evening sir. I purchased 1 ton Voltas split Airconditioner under exchange on 10.02.2024. You are advertised free Gold coin given for customer when purchased AC under exchange offer, But they didn't given Gold coin( Thiruvarur Branch). I asked to the manager regarding this, He told if you want Gold coin you have to pay 900 Rs. additionally. I didn't understand this scheme.

                We have purchased grinder on sept 16 from perambur branch thiru.vi.ka nagar the grinder become fault within a month and it was repaired after a week and now the wire was molten we called the customer care about 2 times and directly went to girias branch there is no such response from them the worst ever service!

                    I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me check for (w w w .Glowbancircuit . tech ) and i was able to watch several testimonies and reviews which led me to the retrieval of my funds back. Beware of where you invest your funds.

                      Voltas ac defective

                      We bought an Voltas 1 ton AC in KARAIKUDI GIRIAS showroom they took two days for installation. After installation 2 days AC 's swing doesn't work so we called Voltas customer care they send one technician he told swing motor has failed so I replace the swing motor. Now more than 15 days No one has to come to change the motor. Then we call GIRIAS they answer very lethogically and also use some abuse words...

                      This is regarding my purchase of Voltas 1.5 ton AC which was purchased on 16th May 2023. After booking the AC got delivered after one day and the installation was committed to happen on 48hr but got delayed by 4 days. That is okay but at the time of installation the AC started making cracking sound and technician tried to fix the issue for 3-4 hrs but it wasn’t okay and he raised complaint from his side. The other team from voltas also visited and stated that this should be replaced. We are following with Girias (Raja Annamalai Puram) but everyday they are giving different reason. Literally regretting to buy this from Girias. We are being suggested to not use AC. After spending lot of money and buying it also no use because we are not able to sleep in this hot weather condition.

                        This is to inform you that 2 units of outdoor unit A/C purchased by my family members within a month's time.

                        On 13/4/2023, purchased 1T Split A/c from Tambaram West branch. This has purchased vide SBI Card with 6 months instalments. While swiping for this card they have mentioned the Product as "Panasonic LED" instead of mentioning as A/C. Thereby the the cash back 3.96% is not effected & the total repayment is Rs.1200/- excess. Whereas another unit (1.5T) also purchased with same SBI card which is only Rs.108 excess.

                        This has brought to the notice of Girias Tambaram West branch - one Mr.Janarthan...with similiar name (in charge of branch) has not accepted and allowed to explain fully and behaved very undecently.

                            I purchased vaccume cleaner on 14/04/2023 invoice number-crs/hsr/157
                            The promoter / sales person named nagaraj miss guided us by telling the vaccume cleaner can be used for wet and dry but as we reached home nagaraj the sales person called us telling it can be used only for dry . Hence i asked for the refund now they are telling it will take 45 days which is too very long .

                              I visited Girias consumer durables showroom - Tambaram branch on 1st April 2023 to buy an air conditioner. The store salesperson explained the features of a Panasonic air conditioner. The features mentioned by the salesperson were as below:
                              0.1 PM Filter, 7 in 1 convertible mode (controlled through converti7 button in remote control), Smart Wifi mode, 4-way swing, eco tough outdoor unit.
                              I wanted to buy the product impressed with the features.
                              As the salesperson informed me that, they did not have the exact price details of the product mentioned above, I waited till 3rd April 2023 and booked the same product on 3rd April 2023.
                              A product was delivered on 6th April 2023 and installation was done on 7th April 2023.

                              Only post installation, I realized and was informed by the installation person, the delivered and installed product was not same as the one told by the sales person.

                              The delivered product did not have the below features which was supposed to be available in the requested and assured product:
                              0.1 PM Filter, 7 in 1 convertible mode (controlled through converti7 button in remote control), Smart Wifi mode.

                              The salesperson has explained the features of a higher end product and while billing, billed using a different product model number.

                              I did not recieve a proper response from the Store manager when enquired about the same.
                              I have shared proof (call recording) where salesperson has admitted to have delivered different model and not informed me about the features unavailability in the delivered model. Yet the store manager and Girias Management does not accept their mistake.

                              I am requesting a quick resolution by delivering and installing the correct product.

                                  Hi,
                                  Im kirubakaran, i bought a Havells fresco 32 Litres air cooler in girias showroom on 15th March 2023.
                                  When i open the product it's looks very dirty and it's looks used one, it is already unpacked and repacked, few items are missing and damaged also (I've attached invoice and images for ur reference) when technician came for demo he is also agreed it's not fresh product.

                                  Then I contact Store staff (sakthi vel) regarding the issue and for the replacement of product(16th March 2023). After lots of conversation he's also agreed it's unpacked product and they ready for exchange.
                                  When i went to showroom for exchange they're took back that Air cooler and invoice and they said will let u know when the replacement product will reach but they're not providing any proper documents for exchange and there is response including store manager. Then they gave me a Xerox of invoice with seal and signature only after i forced but it's not a proper document.

                                  I'm worried about whether they'll be deliver the product or not.

                                  So please help me to get the product with good condition ASAP

                                  Cool pump is missing
                                  Auto drain tupe missing
                                  Manual regulator got damaged
                                  Wheels are damaged
                                  Entire product looks so dirty

                                    Voltas AC

                                    Hello,
                                    I am Karthick and i bought a Voltas AC as per attached invoice details from Girias
                                    - Keelkatalai dated 20th Feb.
                                    When the Voltas technician came to fix the AC it was noticed that there are some issues with the product delivered like it is already unpacked and repacked, few items inside were damaged and missing.(ex photos attached)

                                    In this regard I have contacted Girias to replace the product, however...
