Purchased Haier tv on - 3 Jan 2022

Has issue with tv remote - from May 2022
Complaint raised with GIRIAS on - 24 may 2022
I was informed by the GIRIAS team that they would reach the Haier service center and get back to me within 2 working days. I raised complant on 24 may 2022. I waited till today (10 June 2022) with no response. Hence I contacted Haier customer care. And now I came to know that my warranty got expired on 3rd June.
Since I raised complaint in May month with GIRIAS I'm not ready to accept this. So I contacted GIRIAS back today. But the response received was very harsh.
They says that "no company will give warranty for tv remote, you cannot question us by speaking to someone else from the customer care" which was very rude. Now I'm unable to handle it.
I want this to be sorted.
I don't know name of the person who spoke to me v rude on call. However post conversation with Helen Kumari I spoke to him. She is the one who gave the phone to him. So definitely she would know with whom I talked with.
