I purchased a led tv at girias, anna nagar on 07.07.2020. The same was delivered and installed on 08.07.2020. The very next the there was volume problem and the showroom person said the bring the tv and replace. I replaced the tv on 11.07.2020. It took 6 days for your person to come for installation and finally the second tv was installed on 16.07.2020. The very same day again same problem there was no volume and this time picture also. From 16.07.2020 i keep on calling the showroom person to book a complaint and send a service engineer. But to the surprise till today no person has turned up and the reason they say is the call center is not working. If it is not working its not the problem of the customer. Even a co-ordinator called me and i even complained to her but in vain. I purchased the tv for rs.10000/- and for the past 15days the material is ideal. This the way you treat a customer making him so much annoyed that i will never ever come back to your showroom and dont even suggest your showroom for my friends and relatives. Kindly inform the action taken against this and the persons looking into this matter so lethagically. Was this information helpful? | |||
