Girias India Investment — Still Not refunded for twice card swipe

Address:Ariyankuppam, Pondicherry

I had purchased double door fridge and grinder (worth of 38, 000). Out of that 1900 I asked to take from debit card. They are swiped twice time and amount got deducted 1900+1900. They said, First transaction got failed so swiped 2nd time and you will get amount back of failed transaction.
Its happened on 4th December 2021 at PONDICHERRY Girias. I have purchased bill and bank statement details. Till now (8th Dec) i am following with those staff. They are telling, Branch server problem, will check and let you like that 4 four days gone.
Still I am waiting for their clear update and tried to reach them NO RESPONCE. Its really disappoint to go back to purchase again not to recommend this kinds of shops to known people.
