We purchased a refrigerator in Girias (Kolathur). We choose one product but they billed and delivered. I ordered for my parents. They don't even know how to read and write. They didn't know the capacity difference. Once we found the mistake and asked the respective sales person Nalini and branch manager, they turned out arrogantly. Sir, what is customer service? very poor.
They dont even response in a polite manner. Please sir, kindly heip me to sort out this issue. On purchase they will responsible, after that they tell us go and complaint in main branch which was located at banglore . Sir, what a response this.
