My name is Arun. We purchased two products fom girias on 3rd oct 2015(saturday). They promised me that they will deliver the product the vary next day which was on 4th oct 2015. Today when i called they are saying that they had called me many times and i did not pick the call. The delivery number given to them was both my number and my wife's number. However iam not a fool to ignore calls which come to my mobile. They said i will get the products tomorrow and they are not sure about the timing. Is this how they treat their customers. The staff at the receiption desk is such an irrirtating person who takes the call and speaks as if i have lended money form her. Pthatic.This was the first and worst experiance with them. The staffs are beliving their delivery driver and not the customer words.
