Girias — Poor customer service

I purchased an a/c from girias(washermanpet) bill no cs/wpt/1928 on 18 may 2015. I was promised for 3 gift items that includes holiday package, induction cooktop, tower fan, First i was fooled regarding the holiday package telling i would get a stay at a star hotel but after talking to the concern person i come to know that its a lodge where they will allocate my stay. Now its been more than a month i still did not received my other two gift items. Tired of calling the person in charge. They have clearly mentioned grace time of two weeks from the delivery date to send the gift item. Seeing the legal procedure againt whome do i file a case in the comsumer forum?
