As per the above mentioned subject, I feel like being cheated nothing has been honored as per their commitments. Need my money back with compounding interest of 2% P.M.

Abu - he is the person who sold this product but with wrong commitments since I had purchased the service I had demanded what was I promised and there was no reply either from Abu or his seniors.
I totally didn’t like the attitude with which his seniors Ranjeet and Ram spoke to me. They hung-up the call while talking. When I was not receiving proper reply over the phone as that was the way they are handling since inception then I thought of going to their office and ask how can they satisfy me with their service?
Ram spoke in a very rude way - what is your qualification? Can’t you read, it’s written on our website? Can’t you read it on the policy documents? Etc..etc... I understand that our conversation was going bad but it was disrespectful as a client.
And the most shocking thing of all was when I asked why are you not giving as per the commitment - he said their will be terms and conditions. (Why were this not told while purchasing?)
Then I understood that what ever is happening, it’s a fraud. I want someone to interrupt here and save the money of others who would fall on the same trap. Was this information helpful? |
