Product not delivered
My order #[protected] is not delivered till now with tracking no # [protected] with Ecom Express sending message as "We are unable to deliver your shipment [protected] from MEESHO due to our field executive tried reaching you but you were not contactable" which is false reason.
My other orders ordered prior to above order from Meesho is delivering promptly but not sure what is the issue with this order. pls check and resolve the issue at the earliest and arrange to deliver my order.

no proper service since the purchase of services felt more of a fraudulent case

As per the above mentioned subject, I feel like being cheated nothing has been honored as per their commitments. Need my money back with compounding interest of 2% P.M.
date of purchase - 20/4/19 Receipt No. AHC[protected]
Mobile number of the person contacted in their office - [protected] / [protected] (Abu) and [protected] (Mahalakshmi)
Abu - he is the person who sold this product but with wrong commitments since I had purchased the service I had demanded what was I promised and there was no reply either from Abu or his seniors.
I totally didn’t like the attitude with which his seniors Ranjeet and Ram spoke to me. They hung-up the call while talking. When I was not receiving proper reply over the phone as that was the way they are handling since inception then I thought of going to their office and ask how can they satisfy me with their service?
Ram spoke in a very rude way - what is your qualification? Can’t you read, it’s written on our website? Can’t you read it on the policy documents? Etc..etc... I understand that our conversation was going bad but it was disrespectful as a client.
And the most shocking thing of all was when I asked why are you not giving as per the commitment - he said their will be terms and conditions. (Why were this not told while purchasing?)
Then I understood that what ever is happening, it’s a fraud. I want someone to interrupt here and save the money of others who would fall on the same trap.

Garbage removal

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bring to your kind notice that the garbage is not collected properly. The lady in our area is absent for almost a month.People throw their garbage in vacate plot.thus polluting the atmosphere and environment. I have registered several complaints to 24X7 and my complaint no.57232 which was registered on 17/02/11 has not yet solved. Neither the contractor nor the BBMP offical are monitoring this.I request the BBMP officials to appoint one lady sweeper on full time in my locality to collect the garbage.
