Victimization act by welknown garements company
I have been associated with gitanjali life style limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the companies act, 1956 (with registration no. u36911mh2007plc170596) having its registered office at office no 6, 'b' wing, laxmi tower, bandra-kurla complex, bandra (east), mumbai 400 051 for around three years. we have always extended our full support and co-operation in our best capacity and being patient to resolve our issues. we have been communicating with the company through emails, collective meetings, and various other methods to safe guard our interest and promote this joint business, despite bearing huge revenue loss.
But,, as studied, company were trying to create plot even before store opening. i derived to this conclusion from company ‘s mails itself wherein it clears the same, company waited until store was operational and then from few days, started en numbers of issue to create hurdle in smooth working!!! to quote… no franchisee agreement, non - cooperation on stock front, no replenishment system, very poor or rather no marketing and business support non issuance of tds certificates, no accounts reconciliation during this last three years, subordination act by company staff, company showed disbelief on investor, many cases of misguidance by company staff, wrong roi sent, attempts were made to get the signature on the non realistic erroneous agreement which in simple words act of coercion. there is repudiation act from company side, they are simply non-co-operative on the stock issue.
Because of this kind of behavior by company, we have incurred sale loss and thereby revenue loss for which, company is sole responsible.
Despite this, we, on each level, had showed flexibility where possible to have a smooth working. i have also given sufficient time to company for resolving our issues, even ready to visit company office @ mumbai, and resolve the issues.
Still, company is not co-operating.
We have opted for the closure of the business, now company is trying its dirty and unethical tricks to make money from us in any way possible. company keeping no-cost funds held with company. company is behaving dishonestly in order to gain an advantage, by an immoral way of achieving the goals and to gain unfair advantage in a competitive situation, by dishonest means.
Considering the above, please be informed that i am suffering with extra and unusual discomforts, embarrassments, inconvenience, and undertaking huge revenue loss
Further, i hold all sort of communication\ evidence \ mails \ reports \ statistical data which will ease to prove that there is ‘business loss and thereby revenue loss’ for me.
Now, you are requested to help me out to get my interest free huge paid security depsit held with company.
