When i bought a diamond earring, they said that whenever i want to sell, I can redeem at the same price. But when i am asking for the same scheme now, they are not handling my query. Its already 5months i have sent my complaint via mail and post that number of follow ups over phone(only from my side). But my query is yet to be resolved and they are saying wait.
Now i am left with a stone, which has no value outside in other jewellery...
