I am writing to express my concern regarding my order (Order ID: GI[protected]) placed on February 10. It has been over a week, and I have still not received the delivery.
I have contacted your support team multiple times, but I am only being told to wait 24 to 72 hours each time. Unfortunately, I have already been waiting for a week without any proper tracking updates or clear information about the delivery status.
