I have contacted your support team multiple times, but I am only being told to wait 24 to 72 hours each time. Unfortunately, I have already been waiting for a week without any proper tracking updates or clear information about the delivery status.

Money got debited but order didnt placed.

Giva confirmed that they received the payment but not giving my product.

I ordered few items from GIVA and after receiving the product I ordered for a return as I didn't like the product.

I received a return email from GIVA on February 16th and it's been a month that I am expecting the return details.

I have called customer care multiple times and still no response....
