Hi, I had place an order on 17th Aug 2022 of order ID #GI[protected]. After placing the order, withing 24Hrs I cancelled due to duplicate order. Still I received the product. I asked about the return pickup but they we unserviceable at my location so I managed return pickup. When I received confirmation from courier partner on product delivered. I reached out GIVA for the same. But there was no sign of product delivered(25th Aug 2022).
After 9-10 calls and follow-ups, they confirmed they got the product and refund will be initiated soon. It's been more than 20days. No refund has been initiated and there is no communication from their end too. Please look into this ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
