I am writing to formally complain about a misleading and incorrect product delivered against my order.
I had ordered a “Smart Foldable Shoe Rack Shelf – 8 Layer” (order no. GE[protected] as clearly mentioned in the product title and description. Additionally, the offer stated "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" at the time of placing the order. However, the order delivered to me does not match either the product description or the promotional offer.
The product delivered has only 4 shelves instead of the advertised 8 layers and it does not match the images, description, or specifications shown while ordering.
This is a clear case of false advertising and misleading information, which is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied as the product does not justify the price paid and does not meet the promised standards.
I request you to take immediate action and either replace the product with the correct 8-layer smart foldable shoe rack or provide a full refund of the amount paid.
