I ordered a Premium Shoe Rack- 5year warranty with order number GE11115470, at price of 990/- through the transaction mode: Cash on Delivery.

Upon delivery, the product received was not Premium Show Rack advertised or ordered. I just want to refund my amount....

I ordered a Premium Shoe Rack- 5year warranty on 26th June with order number GE1185192, at price of 990/- through the transaction mode: Cash on Delivery.

Upon delivery, the product received was not Premium Show Rack advertised or ordered. I just want to refund my amount.

Order placed on 15 May, 2025 with the order number.GE1169569.
Today I receive my order but product is changed and I already pay 940 to the delivery bog .

Product picture, details in site are different and received product are totally changed .
Pls help me on this.
