I went to water park at 17 june 2017and i bought a water protecting cover for my phone which is in good condition and accidentaly the cover chain got broke and some water got in then when i reailesed that i put my phone in locker of water park when i was going to home i checked it the touch was not working but the phone was working then when i reached home the phone got complety dead and i reported it to gizmo company within 48 hr and the gizmo insurance telling that this insurance cannot be claimed and this is not a accident wtf

This is to inform you that my oppo f1 plus smartphone was damaged due to an accident i met on 17-07-17 with a motorbike coming from behind and hit me due to which i drop the phone and realized that it had a broken screen and body when i picked up .

Just received the product. I actually ordered i10.
They arent working even though i charged them.
Im complaining within 24 hours of receiving the product ao i want it to get changed or refunded.
IT IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION!!
