On 3/28/22, I received a call from Gizmo Help stating that my agreement that I had paid 199.99 for was going to expire and f I did not call them to cancel the coverage, they would automatically bill me over 8, 000.00 for their five year coverage plan.
So in order for me to cancel, they stated that they needed to do a cancellation form, but they needed to get into my computer to prepare the form. I then downloaded the program to allow them to get into my computer, We went through the process and then I was passed on to a "supervisor". Who started typing this cancellation form, As he was typing this form, he somehow subtracted a number from the over $8000 that they were going to charge me to renew and came of with a charge of $1400. I explained to him that I would not be paying him $1400. He then treatened to berate me and said how my bank will be billed for the $8000 and I would be overdrawn and then be charged with bank fees. He went on to say some other disparaging things.

      I ordered a H2O Mop 5in 1 on April 27, 2021 and still waiting for my order.
      They said that they had received my order and I would be receiving my order in 2 to 6 weeks I have not received anything and I can not get ahold of anyone to see what happened to my order.

      They don't have a problem taking the order and the money, but they sure as hell have a problem delivering the item or call me or email me to let me know that its going to take 2 months or longer to send it.

      They need a customer service number so we can get in contact with them.

          Received my juicer yesterday and it has missing parts. 3/26/2021
          There is no Sorbet Strainer, Smoothie strainer. I only received the one strainer for juicing. There was also NO User Manual, Recipe book, and no Quick Start guide. With having no Manual the juicer is useless as how it is used? Having these two strainers missing how can you make Sorbet and Smoothies? Will you send out these missing items, or should I just mail it back. It did come with an Instruction Manual but still not clear on how to juice properly. Also it really doesn't look like the machine you advertised. If I send it back what address do I send it to? The Model Number of the juicer is JE-BO1B. Not sure of client Number but here is the Reference No. 1 G[protected] and Reference No. 2 G4016-DLHG183*1 Thank you

There was some issue of voice so i contact with customers care center and he told me yours replacement was done within 1 week and still the date of 29 june my order wasn't placed to care center it's this your replacement service tell me.
                If within one week my order wasn't placed so i will put complaint on your company in consumer court.

                      However, today i have received a message from wow express that need to pay rs.999/- and the delivery boy told me this item as a cod, so i need to pay rs.999/-.

                          I had purchased iphone 5s on 12.06.2016 along with that ii had purchased insurance from gizmo from croma vadodara. They never intimated me for renewal and my phone went out of warranty now i cannot buy apply extended warranty. I phone is warranty less. Any phone needs the warranty in second year and now i dont have any just because of their negligence. When i called up in their customer care they said they dont sell extended warranty so they have stopped intimating customers about their expiry. Like wow!! They are only concerned about customer up til they are getting any benefits. If customer can get extended warranty from any other company they are least bother about loss that customer would have to bear without warranties.

                            I went to water park at 17 june 2017and i bought a water protecting cover for my phone which is in good condition and accidentaly the cover chain got broke and some water got in then when i reailesed that i put my phone in locker of water park when i was going to home i checked it the touch was not working but the phone was working then when i reached home the phone got complety dead and i reported it to gizmo company within 48 hr and the gizmo insurance telling that this insurance cannot be claimed and this is not a accident wtf

                                It is such an unprofessional way of treating their customers about the company policies that the insurance claim would get resolved within a period of 15 to 21 working days as per company policy and till now against my case no: 9113768, for which I had already registered a complaint in the beginning of this month has not been resolved and still I am awaited for their reply which could solve the issue.

                                The only message I get from them is that the case has been escalated to the insurer so wait for either till this Friday or over the weekend as per their last email on 08/05/2017 and then till asof now nothing has been done.

                                It is nothing but a complete mental harassment to the customer where first, they talk about the company policies and then they tell us to wait for weeks and then for months.

                                It would be really advisable that the gizmo company need to understand the gravity of the situation and do something about this whole scenario at the earliest and resolve the case no: 9113768 asap.

                                  I had purchased an Insurance Policy for Iphone and it was stolen last year, it has been almost 11 months and till date the company has not settled the claim, for past 3 month all docs required have been submitted and every time i follow with them, they are saying we have not got revert from Insurer and have escalated the case and will get back very soon, the same story is going on for past 3 months.

                                  This is a fraud company and would advise no one to by Mobile Insurance from them, the customer service will just talk talk and escalate the case without any solution.

                                    My phone stopped working due to liquid damage. I raised a claim with Gizmo and it was rejected on the ground that it was due to my negligence that my phone got distorted. They said that it was negligence of storage( as my phone was kept on the bed). Totally a waste of money. Recommend each and everyone to avoid buying this insurance as it is a total waste of money.

                                      Besides calling up again and again for almost more than 3 months to resolve an insurance claim which was filed in the month of january 2017, the company has been delaying it by telling me to wait for this week when as per company norms, it takes 15 to 21 working days excluding saturdays, sundays and national holidays.in the initial stages, all the documentary work was cleared and then another document was required and i was told not to worry as it's a c2c work to collect that document from the company i purchased that product for which this gizmo insurance was done. But, besides misguiding and telling me that their executives and back up team are on the move i had to literally go to collect the document after a complete 1 month and courier it to them which delayed the whole process of insurance claim for a month. Now, again all the documents have been submitted and case has been escalated to the insurer on 27th march 2017, as per 15 to 21 working days policy of the company this insurance claim is yet to be closed down and every time i call, i am being told to wait either for few days or wait for this week. For this regard, earlier i spoke to their team leader mr vivek, and executives such as rajdeep singh, poonam and few more, no body has given me any kind of assurance except for the fact that it has been a mental and financial harassment to me where i have been constantly after them for the claim.

                                      It is very unprofessional and unethical for a company who do not close down such cases as per their company norms specially when the same is being communicated to the end customer.

                                      It would be of immense help if a strict action is taken against them as it has been a complete mental harassment to me for doing all the dirty work of the company and for delaying the process and not sticking to the company norms.

                                        Today is 31st working day still i havent got repair aproval from insurer. Today again they fooled me saying today your work will be anyhow done you are our top priority etc. They took phone from me on 5th march 2017 today is 24th april still no repair approval. They are just fooling their customer, now they posses my device illegally beacause their 28 working days span is over
