I purchased the september subscription box on 1/09/2019 from www.glamego.com and selected the products which i want. I even emailed them for confirmation of my selected products and i received an email from them with my selection. But to my surprise the products which i received today are absolute rubbish. I called the customer care and there is a lady who is blatantly lying to my face that it is my selection. But i have a copy of the email from them mentioning my selection. When i asked same she disconnected my call. Even after calling them they are not ready to do anything. Robbed 399/- in the name of subscription boxes and wrong website information banners.
