After informing two months prior for the new sets of aligners, still I've without the aligners and have no update. When I call the customer service, they don't pick up the call and or it says switched off. The managers are the same. Not responding at all. I was told that in 14 months, my treatment will be completed but now this doesn't seem to be the case. My first appointment was on October 2022 and it took them enough time to deliver the first set and then same issue in second set and waiting for past 2 months for the third set. All I want is my money back paid that is request a refund as I want to drop the treatment and no longer interested. Was this information helpful? |
