I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Glamyo. Despite the company's promises, I have not received any treatment or response from the employees who were in contact with me.

The initial payment plan was presented with the following benefits:

1. Clinic visits included
2. Regular smile tracking
3. Free first set of retainers

However, I have not received any of these benefits. The employees who were in contact with me have stopped responding to my emails and calls, leaving me with no option but to seek assistance through this complaint.

The current payment plan shows that I have paid ₹3000, with a balance of ₹35000. However, I have not received any treatment or service from Glamyo, which makes me question the legitimacy of the company.

To make matters worse, I have been facing a bad credit score due to the non-payment of the loan, and my dental health has deteriorated significantly due to the broken treatment. I have already paid ₹14, 000, which is a significant amount considering I have not received any service.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with a clear response regarding the next steps to resolve this matter. I expect a swift resolution to clear my loan and provide me with the necessary treatment to improve my dental health.

I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take necessary action to rectify the situation.

I had taken the dental aligner service from glamyo dental, i made the complete payment and received the set of aligners, initially it was all fine, but later no one was responding, no scans were being done, aligners did not fit me. I tried calling messaging for months but did not get any response. Its been around 1.5 year now, I was scammed out of 40k

I am Jatin taken service from glamyo dental for my dental aligners treatment and started on march given my first payment of Rs 3000 and rest 32000 on EMI total worth of 35000 and in starting everything is good they agreed to provide total of 33 aligners for the spam of 11 months and first 2 sets are given on time but after that they stopped giving reply to my mails and calls no further services is being provided, I got no proper response from them I tried so many times but still the same issue and now it's been one year and they are completely gone with their fraud. I wish to report that I have been a victim of non-performance of duties, non-delivery of aligners, and financial loss at the hands of Glamyo Dental. I was approached by a representative from Glamyo who suggested their treatment and offered to conduct a scan at my home, but I insisted on visiting their clinic. After visiting their clinic and making a downpayment of Rs 3000, I availed of a third-party loan arranged by Fibe for the remaining amount of Rs 33000, payable in 12 monthly installments of Rs 3000 each. Their doctor conducted my scan and prepared my treatment plan. However, my teeth cleaning appointment was cancelled due to a malfunctioning machine, and I was rescheduled at Dento health care in Viman Nagar. Despite my sincere adherence to the treatment plan, I was unable to obtain my second set of aligners despite repeated follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails. Eventually, I discovered that Glamyo Dental had cheated several other individuals, and had absconded without paying back the money owed to their clients.

I have also sent multiple emails to Apeksha Sharma ([protected]@glamyo.in), Hitesha Chhabra ([protected]@glamyo.in) email address, but no one of them have been answered. Last Thursday (28th Dec 23) Mr. Sumit glamyo team member using Mobile number ([protected]) answered my call and asked to call back on Saturday (30th Dec 23). From Morning i am trying to reach him, But again no response from him.

I am unable to get my retainers, and I am concerned about the health of my teeth.

Please take legal action against Glamyo dental and update me. I believe that Glamyo office is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, which requires businesses to respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable time frame.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and respond to me immediately.

My name is Akshay Raut. I have taken the treatment plan from Glamyo Dental. I received my 5 sets of aligners after I paid all the money i.e 28000 to the company. After several follow-ups, they said I would receive the rest sets of aligners however they didn't do anything. Every employee's phone was switched off and I was not able to contact them. I have invested my hard-earned money and these people are just fraudsters. I want my refund of money as soon as possible.

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a pressing issue I am facing with the Glamyo Dental treatment I have availed of. My name is Hozefa Sadriwala (Consumer ID: GHP[protected]), and I have a registered contact number at +91-[protected]. The treatment was scheduled on 14th May, and I have been encountering several difficulties since then. I had initially engaged with Glamyo Dental for teeth alignment, and a representative named Hussain visited my residence for a 3D scanning session. Following his assessment, I was provided with an estimate of INR 45, 000 for the treatment. However, Hussain offered me a special discount if I booked the treatment immediately, reducing the cost to INR 30, 000. I proceeded with the booking by making an upfront payment of INR 3, 000. To finance the remaining amount, I opted for a loan from Fibe. I have successfully paid two EMIs of INR 3, 000 each. My treatment journey began on 15th June 2023 when I received the first set of aligners, consisting of four sets, with a 15-day interval for each set. Per their instructions, I requested the delivery of the second set of aligners via email on 11th July 2023. Throughout this process, I have been in communication with my designated consultant, Tanya Singh, who guided me through the treatment. Unfortunately, the situation has taken a concerning turn. Tanya Singh, who was previously responsive and supportive, has ceased all communication. Additionally, their customer service helpline is unresponsive, and their phones appear to be switched off. As you can imagine, I am quite distressed by this situation. I come from a modest family, and my father has worked diligently to afford this treatment for me. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your intervention to address this matter urgently. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring that I either receive the pending aligners as per the treatment plan or obtain a refund of the amount paid. I am hopeful that with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly, and I can continue the treatment without further hindrance. Glamyo Dental is Fraud. They took my entire money and is not providing the required set of aligners I was told .I have nothing to wear now . I was told my treatment would be completed within 7 months but now it doesn't seem to be the case. When I call customer care, they don't pick up the call or it is switched off. I even tried contacting them through emails, they don't even respond. If I have paid for the product I will expect my product to get delivered if not than they should provide the refund of my money. It seems quiet harrassing and distrubing my mental peace and wasting my time as well and didn't got any productive repsonse for the same.
I request to please refund my entire MONEY ₹40000 and wanted you to take strict action regarding this company

Glamyo dental is FRAUD. For aligners treatment they took entire money and not delivering the aligners. I have no aligners to wear. When I took their treatment plan I was told that I will get aligners but I haven't received anything . When I call the customer care, they don't pick up or it say's its switched off. I was told my treatment will be completed withing 9 months 9 months has passed but now it doesn't seem to be completed . I even tried contacting them through emails but no response.

Glamyo dental is a fraud company. They took money but are not answering my calls and not delivered my product for which I am paying.

After informing two months prior for the new sets of aligners, still I've without the aligners and have no update. When I call the customer service, they don't pick up the call and or it says switched off. The managers are the same. Not responding at all. I was told that in 14 months, my treatment will be completed but now this doesn't seem to be the case. My first appointment was on October 2022 and it took them enough time to deliver the first set and then same issue in second set and waiting for past 2 months for the third set. All I want is my money back paid that is request a refund as I want to drop the treatment and no longer interested.
