Sir,
I am paying my 11 emi properly even though not received the aligners and treatment properly from Glamyo.
I was tired mentally and physically by Glamyo.but paying the emi regularly to Fibe.i have the other critical financial commitments and simply paying 3000 rs for every month is difficult for me without receiving proper alignment treatment from Glamyo.still now I paid 33000 +700 with penalty. I don't have much money to pay any penalty .
So Please allow me to pay the emi without any penalty.
Also whenever you put any agreement with consumer, add some condition if the health provider is not providing the treatment properly to the consumer then the emi has to pay by the health provider only.
Already I filed a case at consumer court on Glamyo for this cheating and made very tired physically and mentally. And I sent 28 remainder to Glamyo (cc to Fibe). But Glamyo is not at all taking care about that.
As a well known organization (Fibe) you should not provide money to Glamyo on behalf of consumers . Because Glamyo doing the cheating by opening of multiple branches all over India.A big Fraud as national level.
This will affect your(Fibe) growth in future. Be carefull when you are providing money for these such companies (Glamyo).
As a summary, allow me to pay the emi 3000 for this November month.

As per your telephonic conversation with one of our senior leaders, we would request you to kindly get in touch with the merchant for cancellation or service related issue. As soon as the cancellation/refund confirmation is received from the merchant's end, the loan status shall be changed accordingly from our end too.

FIBE team please send a mail or warning message to Glamyo about the irregular services.
Hi All, Dont pay the emi . Please stop ASAP. then only FIBE will ask questions with GLAMYO.
