I ordered a case and tempered glass for my Nothing Phone 1 from Glazeit.shop on 27th August 2024 (Order Number: G7905) and paid ₹768 via UPI. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have received no response or updates on my order.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from them; 2 years ago I had ordered the first time from them that time they delivered within 3 days, but it has now been 20 days with no communication. I am requesting either immediate delivery or a full refund.
