I have placed my order 7 days ago, order number is #G8221, however not recieved any update not it is delivered. please refund the money or deliver the placed order asap....

I ordered a case and tempered glass for my Nothing Phone 1 from Glazeit.shop on 27th August 2024 (Order Number: G7905) and paid ₹768 via UPI. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have received no response or updates on my order.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them; 2 years ago I had ordered the first time from them that time they delivered within 3 days, but it has now been 20 days...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my order #G7453 for a tempered glass, which I placed on May 13, 2024.

As of today, May 22, 2024, I have not received any shipment notification or update regarding the status of my order. Additionally, my attempts to reach customer support have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and without the product I paid for.

Given the lack of communication and the significant delay in shipping, I kindly request an immediate refund for this purchase. Please process the refund at your earliest convenience and confirm once it has been completed.

I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.

I ordered a tempered glass for my Google Pixel 7 a from glazeitshop(earlier known as glazed.inc), They delivered the wrong product and when emailed them requesting a refund they did not respond. A month have passed and still I haven't got any response from their side, I wrote multiple emails and tweeted about it on Twitter but still I haven't got my refund.
