I have contacted the gleam executive regarding project refund as my project manager was not attending my call. As per their procedure i submitted all the requirements details and attachments for refund process. Later, i called and started stating my problem, the executive use to disconnect my call. This happened for 6-7times. Even the support team is not attending the call now. It's been a month, i have completed all the required process for refund but yet there is no reply from gleam nor they are attending the call/listening to the problem.
