Gleam Technologies — they cheated rs.18, 000. they didn't give refund

I have ordered bulk project for rs.18, 000/- january 30, 2018. After seeing the reviews and complaints in social medias i came to know its fraud company. So i asked to refund my money. They sent refund form and all, but they didn't give the money. I asked more than two years still they didn't refund my money if rs.18, 000/-
