[Resolved]  Glob Sol — this company is defrauded with me and blackmail also till now

Myself Subrata Chaki, , , , am the victim of this this fraud online work providing company, , , , , 28/02/2019 i had get a call from this company's employee, (name :Sayna)she gave me proposal of online form fillinng work (if i able to1000 complete within 10 days they will gave me 20000rs after complete the work when company will pay then they deduct 5200 from 20000 as per registration charges) & also they send me digital agreement format which I accept time to registration & also they took adhaar soft copy from me via email, , , , , , then 01/03/2019 they send me a I'd and password via email & am also started to working but accidentally my sister's death appear with in this working days(10days), , , so I can't to finish my work, , , , after 10 days gone I had get a call from a advocate (name Aditya Mane -[protected]) he told me that I don't able to submit the work, , so the company case agaist me in court, , , , so immediately pay 5200 penalty charges otherwise my case will gone for further hard steps against me(it was the day when my sister dead), , , , , so I requested him for getting a days more, , , next day I had pay 52000 as per given account details by him, , , , the also provide me a NOC letter and told now your case in not going to further process & it is closed here, , , ,
Everything was all right...
But suddenly today I get a call again by a advocate (Rupesh Sharma- [protected]) he is saying me my case in now under Delhi High court, so vist the court within tomorrow and recive a a
###letter for closing the case and also remove my name from case file by paying rent 12980 other wise a letter(which letter I can't remember exat)will be sent my residencial police station & police will arreste me for presenting in court, , , , , , , , it can spoil my future, , , , and also he giving me offer - if I don't want to go court and trying to solve this case from home then he can handle it but again deposit 15000 with in tomorrow 12 'o' clock, , , , otherwise arrest warrant send to my local police station, , , , it will be affecte my jobs career, , it can destroy my future, , , , etc. After doing many requests also he is forcing me for paying the amount So what I do now, , , , , pls help me anybody...
